The main league fixures are now up on Chessnuts. This is the homepage of the Leeds Chess Association. We organise chess competitions and promote chess in the Leeds area. New Rules for the 2017-18 Season were agreed at the 2016-17 AGM.

We have been rated Good by OFSTED. The West Yorkshire Consortium Safeguarding Procedures. Should be read alongside these procedures as they contain guidance for all practitioners on a range of topics including, Children who are Missing, Trafficked Children and Female Genital Mutilation.

Together we can carry on creating happy childhood memories at Silverdale. We welcome business support from our local community from corporates to local business. Most of the children we support are aged 7-11 and come from the most deprived areas of Leeds. They are usually referred to us by their school and with the full support of their family or carer, we set about creating a mini-break full of fun. Every donation makes a difference.
